Group One.
Our mass notification software was developed when Group One was unable to find an alert notification service that met the needs Group One required for various business operations. All of the alert systems we found on the market were either cumbersome or did not offer the features we would expect. Group One turned to its web development team at SetNine for a software solution and Universal Alert was born.
From its inception in 2003, Universal Alert has strived to stay on the cusp of our industry and utilize efficient technology to provide a superior software product to our customers. Our focus has always been to provide clients with a feature-rich notification system that is easy to use and provides a clear cost savings over traditional communication methods.
Universal Alert was proudly developed on American soil by U.S. developers. All of our staff has always been employed directly by us and we have not and do not outsource our development. This gives us complete control over our proprietary alert system, allowing us to customize and change it based on client needs and changes in technology.
